Specific to the information you give to RNW Media Partners Department

The Media Partners Department maintains a secure internal database with the contact information of our Media Partners. Your information, once added to our system, will only be used in connection to RNW activities. Depending on the nature of the activity, we may wish to contact you by one or more means, including e-mail, postal mail, telephone or fax. If you browse RNW's websites, you do so anonymously. We don't collect personal information - including your email address. We do log your IP address your provider attached to your computer during your Internet session. We do this for technical reason but in the meantime it gives us an idea of which parts of our website you visit and how long you spend there, in other words what's is of interest to you. A lot of people -like we at RNW- are connected to the Internet via a central computer. To the log programme all people working at our site have the same IP-number. To diversify your needs we need more information and we hope to get this with cookies. Almost all browsers have the option of switching off cookies all together or allowing them just for one session (and not to be stored on your computer).

At times we may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, such as your email address and postal address, for purposes such as corresponding with us, registering at a site, or participating in an online survey or game.
