Radio Netherlands Worldwide maintains a secure internal database with the contact information of our Media Partners. Your information, once added to our system, will only be used in connection RNW activities. Your details will not be shared with any organization outside of Radio Netherlands Worldwide.
By agreeing to become a Media Partner of Radio Netherlands Worldwide, you certify that you represent a legitimate radio or television station and all products ordered from RNW (whether via this site or via other means) shall be only used for broadcast on the station registered with your name. Additionally, you agree to adhere to any specific broadcast terms associated with particular products you order. By becoming a Media Partner of Radio Netherlands Worldwide you agree that RNW may contact you regarding your orders and to conduct research or to promote RNW products or events.
RNW products can only be shipped to your station. Please make sure that the address you have given matches your station's postal address.
With the exception of the RNW-TV productions, RNW products are provided under the terms herein outlined free of charge to Media Partners. RNW asks only to receive feedback about how our partners program the products. RNW reserves the right to suspend product delivery to stations that do not provide sufficient product feedback. RNW shall be the sole party to determine what constitutes sufficient feedback. Your feedback will be used only for research and promotional purposes and your name or station's name will never be disclosed to third parties.
RNW assumes no liability for improper use of its products. Accounts deemed by RNW to be using products improperly will be immediately deactivated. RNW reserves the right not to approve accounts for stations or individuals not meeting proper Media Partner criteria. RNW shall be the sole party to determine what constitutes proper criteria. Once approved, Media Partners who no longer meet RNW’s criteria for partnership can, at RNW’s sole discretion, have their accounts deactivated.
Media organisations who no longer wish to be Media Partners of Radio Netherlands Worldwide can, at any time, send an e-mail to media@rnw.nl
